HR Executive

Location: Faridabad Haryana

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and fill job openings, improve recruiting processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

·       Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

·       Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.

·       Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.

·       Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and develop effective recruiting strategies.

·       Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

·       Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

·       Any Graduate

Skills:

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

·        Familiarity with social media recruiting and other recruitment tools.
