The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and seamless administrative processes.
Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and handling exit formalities (F&F settlements).
Employee Records: Maintaining and updating the HRMS (HR Management System) and physical employee files with high confidentiality.
Payroll & Attendance: Tracking daily attendance, leave management, and coordinating with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, and local labor regulations).
Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and managing grievance redressal.
Performance Management: Assisting in the annual appraisal cycle and maintaining performance records.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (Entry-level candidates with strong internships may also apply).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRMS software
Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred (Notice period of 15 days or less will be considered).
