Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job postings and interviews to smooth onboarding.
Provide HR support by addressing employee queries and resolving concerns promptly.
Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee databases.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labour laws.
Organize and lead employee engagement activities and events to boost workplace culture.
Stay updated with HR best practices, industrial relations, and evolving labour law regulations.
