Manage and drive Core HR Operations as the primary KPI, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day HR functioning
Handle Employee Relations (ER) activities, including employee concerns, grievance handling, and workplace discipline
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and HRMIS data management
Monitor adherence to company policies, HR processes, and statutory compliance requirements
Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation, exit formalities, and overall employee lifecycle management
Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, and workplace culture
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce coordination
Provide recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, as and when required
Assist in performance management, retention initiatives, and employee development programs
Support internal communication and execution of HR-driven events and organizational initiatives
