Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records (physical and digital).
• Manage attendance, leave records, and support monthly payroll processing.
• Assist in employee performance reviews, appraisals, and probation confirmations.
• Handle HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Administration:
• Maintain office supplies and manage procurement for office/admin needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff if required.
• Ensure office and factory premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Support company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
• Keep records of all company assets, ID cards, uniforms, etc.
• Monitor AMC contracts, utility bills, and other admin-related expenses.
