Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee master data, HR records, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data and coordinate with the accounts team.
Handle joining formalities, employee files, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and reporting managers regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and employee concerns.
Support employee engagement activities, training, and internal HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS and regular reports.
Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and disciplinary processes.
Conduct regular outlet/employee coordination visits as required.
Ensure HR policies and company processes are communicated and followed.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, retail, or similar industries will be preferred.
