We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-driven HR Executive to manage core HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee performance support, attendance systems, and engagement activities. This role requires someone who is organised, confident with HR documentation, and comfortable working with Excel, Word, and HR software for reporting, attendance tracking, appraisals, and MIS work.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, coordination, and documentation.
· Conduct first-round interviews using role clarity and competency-based evaluation sheets.
· Handle structured onboarding, inductions, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
· Maintain attendance, leave records, HR reporting sheets, appraisal data, and employee MIS.
· Plan and coordinate staff trainings, meetings, agendas, MoMs, and internal communication.
· Support employee engagement: events, activities, recognition, surveys, grievance handling.
· Extract reports from various departments, validate data, and present trends to management.
· Ensure HR policy implementation, compliance, confidentiality, and process discipline.
