Job Overview

GrowMind Services is looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinate between clients and candidates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate and client databases

• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining

• Support HR documentation and basic reporting

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

• Ability to work on targets and deadlines

• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
