Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
● Independently manage monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, leaves, and statutory inputs.
● Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in line with company policies and labour laws.
● Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
● Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and auditors for statutory filings and compliance audits.
Recruitment & Onboarding
● Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and final selection.
● Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and internal referrals to attract suitable candidates.
● Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment documentation.
● Ensure smooth on boarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
● Handle employee exits, full-and-final settlements, and related documentation.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
● Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems.
● Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
● Draft, implement, and manage HR policies, SOPs, letters, notices, and internal communications.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive and productive work culture.
● Support HR operations across all Branches and act as a liaison between Head Office and Branch team.
