Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, PT (where applicable), Bonus, Gratuity, and other HR compliances.
Maintain and administer the organization's HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data and records.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for payroll and compliance activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports, and payroll reconciliations.
Resolve employee queries related to attendance, payroll, leave, and HR policies.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Support HR audits and compliance inspections as required.
