Desired Candidate Profile: ● Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field. ● 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in technical or engineering roles). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities: ● Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. ● Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. ● Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. ● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand department requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of positions. ● Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule technical/panel interviews. ● Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. ● Support HR activities such as employee engagement, induction, and documentation when required. ● Stay updated with hiring trends and implement creative sourcing strategies.
