We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to manage our daily HR compliance, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI) operations. If you are detail-oriented and know Indian labor laws inside out, we want you!
Key Responsibilities
PF & ESI Management: Handle monthly PF and ESI registration, documentation, and online challan generation.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment acts.
Payroll Support: Assist in processing monthly payroll, verifying attendance, and managing salary deductions.
Grievance Handling: Resolve employee queries regarding PF withdrawals, ESI medical claims, and salary slips.
Audits & Records: Maintain accurate employee files and register records for internal and external compliance audits.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of core experience in HR Compliance, PF, and ESI.
Education: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
Skills: Hands-on experience with EPFO and ESIC portals, strong MS Excel skills, and good communication.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
