Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Noida, Sector 2
Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹19,000
The HR Recruiter Qualified Role Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hiring.
Key Responsibilities :-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, telephonic interview.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media employee referrals recruitment.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring status.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with senior management.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage the on boarding process.
Generate and analyses recruitment metrics and reports to improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications:-
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience (1 above years) in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
· Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and employment hiring.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills:-
A. Experience with multiple job portals software.
B. Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
