Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Handle grievance management and support employee relations.
Assist in audits and HR compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.
Experience in payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
