Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR

operations and ensure compliance for our Fashion & Textile unit in Bhiwandi. The role requires

strong coordination, documentation, and people-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

 Handle end-to-end HR activities including joining formalities, employee records, attendance

& leave management.

 Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

 Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.

 Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews,

and onboarding.

 Compliance & Documentation

 Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.

 Maintain and update HRMS, compliance registers, and employee files.

 Liaise with consultants/auditors for compliance audits and documentation.

 Employee Engagement & MIS

 Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

 Prepare HR reports: attendance, attrition, recruitment status, and monthly MIS.

Skills & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

 1–5 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.

 Good knowledge of statutory labour compliance for manufacturing/industrial setups.

 Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

 Experience in Fashion/Textile industry preferred (not mandatory).

 Ability to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced work environment
