Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunity—especially within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching roles in schools and educational institutions.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.

Drafting job descriptions according to Client's requirements and posting jobs across platforms

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate client interviews.

Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.

Build and maintain a strong candidate and client database.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support in onboarding and follow-up with selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (education recruitment preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of school hiring requirements and current market trends.

Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.
