Job Description:
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, company websites, and social media.
Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting → offer stage).
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer & Onboarding:
Assist with offer preparation and negotiations.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
Employer Branding & Campus Hiring:
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Support employer branding initiatives and build long-term talent pipelines.
