Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for corporate and factory roles.
Hiring and management of blue-collar workforce (tailors, helpers, operators, packers, warehouse staff, etc.).
Managing onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
Attendance, leave, shift scheduling, overtime, and workforce planning for manufacturing employees.
Employee grievance handling and day-to-day employee relations management on the shop floor.
Coordination with production managers and supervisors for manpower planning and workforce allocation.
Managing HR operations for factory employees and ensuring discipline on the production floor.
Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, contractor compliance, and related documentation.
Conducting employee engagement and retention initiatives for factory workforce.
Supporting performance management, policy implementation, HR MIS, and overall HR administration.
Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
Mandatory experience in manufacturing setup.
Strong experience managing blue-collar workforce.
Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Experience in bulk hiring and workforce management.
Good employee relations and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in apparel, fashion, garment, textile, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.
