We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage human resources functions for our hospitality operations. The role focuses on recruitment, workforce management, employee discipline, statutory compliance, and maintaining service-oriented workplace culture across operations staff.
Recruit operational staff such as housekeeping, wardens, front-desk, kitchen, security, and maintenance teams
Coordinate interviews, background verification, and joining formalities
Ensure adequate staffing as per occupancy and operational needs
Manage attendance, shift rosters, weekly offs, and leaves
Coordinate payroll inputs including overtime, incentives, and deductions
Monitor absenteeism and staff discipline
Handle staff grievances, conflicts, and behavioral issues
Ensure adherence to company policies, discipline, and grooming standards
Issue warning letters, notices, and handle terminations when required
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to hospitality sector
Coordinate PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and contractor compliance
Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation
Conduct onboarding and service-orientation training
Train staff on guest handling, hygiene, safety, and SOPs
Support management in improving service quality and staff performance
Maintain employee files, contracts, ID cards, and HR records
Prepare HR reports related to attrition, manpower, and compliance
Support audits and inspections
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or relevant field
Hospitality industry experience preferred
