Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and exit formalities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on experience and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

Prepare and maintain new employee files and ensure completion of documentation.

Handle queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Manage resignation and separation processes.

Conduct exit interviews and record feedback.

Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic understanding of HR functions and practices.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
