HR/एडमिन HR एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate should have excellent sourcing and screening skills and hands-on experience using multiple job portals and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.

Perform daily calling on available candidate databases to generate relevant profiles.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Foundit, Apna, etc.

Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn sourcing).

Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.

Experience in screening and shortlisting candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
