We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Corpodeck Services Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.

Job decription includes daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, acting as a bridge between staff and management to foster a productive environment aligned with company goals.

Key duties involve talent acquisition, policy implementation, training coordination, maintaining records, and handling grievances, focusing on operational execution and strategic support for organizational growth. 

The budget is between ₹22500 - ₹30,000 CTC and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring, Onboarding, Complete HR Management

• Managing Online Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, and keeping records

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
