HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dombivli East, Maharashtra

Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Industry: Pharmaceutical Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Support training & development initiatives to enhance employee capability and productivity

• Handle employee coordination, ensuring smooth communication and engagement across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong recruitment background

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes

• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Background / Bonus:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Exposure to structured HR processes and employee development initiatives

• Experience in a growing or mid-sized organization with dynamic teams
