Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs.HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Responsibilities:
Filling positions within an organization.
Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping them informed on the application process.
Preparing job offer letters, emails, etc
Support in other management works
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Drafting and posting job descriptions
Evaluating the performance of the employees
Working on payroll management
Working on training and inductions (including preparing offer letters, etc.)
Working on the holiday calendar
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Working on company presentations and updates.
Design compensation and benefits package
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
