Job Description: HR Executive / HR Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR professional who can manage HR operations efficiently, lead the HR team, and handle end-to-end payroll activities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Lead, guide, and support the HR team in daily operations.

• Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor team productivity.

• Conduct regular team meetings and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

• Build a positive and motivating work environment.

Payroll Management

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

• Ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions (PF/ESI/TDS), and reimbursements.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory laws.

• Coordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leaves.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities when required.

• Ensure HR policies are followed and updated.

• Generate monthly HR reports (attendance, salary, attrition, etc.).

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation, etc.).

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
