Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from job posting to onboarding.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment materials as per company requirements.

• Maintain and update candidate databases.

• Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.

• Support HR functions like attendance tracking, employee engagement, and performance appraisals.

• Coordinate with management to forecast staffing needs.
