Job Title: HR Recruiter & Client Relationship Executive

Location: Anchor mall , Civil lines , Jaipur

Experience: 1–3 Years(Fresher can also apply )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter & Client Relationship Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with client coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client hiring requirements, delivering quality profiles on time, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients and internal positions

• Understand job requirements from clients and prepare job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client needs

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate trackers

Client Management Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand client workforce needs and hiring plans

• Provide regular updates on hiring status and candidate pipeline

• Handle client feedback, concerns, and follow-ups professionally

• Support business development team with recruitment insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)

• Proven experience in recruitment and client handling

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ability to handle multiple clients and positions simultaneously

• Good presentation and documentation skills

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
