Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. You will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding company policies, payroll inputs, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals; screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate evaluations.
Onboarding & Off-boarding: Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires (documentation, system setup, orientation) and manage exit processes (exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final settlements).
HR Operations & Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and attendance/leave tracking system.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Collect and verify monthly payroll data (leaves, overtime, additions/deductions) and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Help organise team activities, wellness events, and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture. Handle basic employee queries and grievances.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure organisation adherence to labor laws and company HR policies, and assist in updating HR handbooks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, time management, and high discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance procedures.
Prior experience handling employee engagement initiatives.
