Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

   • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

   • Schedule and coordinate interviews.

   • Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.

2. Employee Records & Administration:

   • Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).

   • Ensure HR database is up-to-date and accurate.

   • Support in preparing HR letters and documents (offer letters, experience certificates, etc.).

3. Attendance & Payroll Support:

   • Monitor employee attendance and leave management systems.

   • Coordinate with finance/payroll team to process salary inputs.

4. Employee Engagement:

   • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

   • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

5. Statutory Compliance:

   • Maintain knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

   • Support compliance with PF, ESI, and other legal/statutory requirements.

6. HR Reporting:

   • Generate regular reports related to HR metrics (joining, attrition, attendance, etc.).

   • Assist with audits and internal HR reporting requirements.
