The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, leaves, headcount, etc.).
Handle employee queries regarding policies and processes.
Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support initiatives to improve company culture and employee satisfaction.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, etc.).
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Support the execution of appraisal cycles.
Track goals and collect performance feedback.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
Experience with HRMS software (preferred)
