Position Overview
· The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic sourcing capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
· The ideal candidate should be highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
· Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create recruitment plans accordingly.
· Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
· Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking platforms.
2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
3. Offer Management & Onboarding
· Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
· Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates within company guidelines.
· Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR operations and other departments.
4. Recruitment Database Management
· Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment records.
· Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring costs.
· Maintain proper documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
· Promote the company’s employer brand through professional communication and candidate experience.
· Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
· Experience in sales hiring, field hiring, or corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.
