Coordinate with Store Managers for manpower requirements.
Source and hire candidates for Team Members, Supervisors, and other store-level roles.
Conduct interviews, documentation, and background verification.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.
Verify daily attendance from stores through HRMS/Manual registers.
Ensure timely submission of overtime, weekly offs, and attendance corrections.
Coordinate with the Payroll team for salary processing and discrepancies.
Regular visits to allocated stores to resolve staff issues.
Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and hygiene standards at stores.
Ensure ESIC, PF, and other statutory compliance for all store employees.
Assist employees with ESIC cards, UAN activation, KYC updates, etc.
Maintain employee files and required documentation as per audit standards.
Coordinate with Training Team for staff training and refreshers.
Ensure new joiners attend induction and safety training.
Track employee performance and appraise Store HR metrics.
Support in issuing warnings, memos, and disciplinary letters if required.
Handle resignation & termination formalities.
Ensure proper notice period, exit interview, recovery, and F&F process.
