BrightWave Consulting Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. We need a recruiter who can efficiently hire quality candidates for our US Commercial Truck Insurance Process.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for the US Insurance Process.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules with the operations team.

• Ensure timely hiring for positions such as Claims Handling, Certificate Release, Insurance Submissions, and other US Insurance roles.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in BPO/International Process recruitment is preferred.

• Experience hiring for the US Insurance Process will be an added advantage.

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

• Good knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under hiring deadlines and target-based recruitment.
