We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Br Mep Engineers Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Staffing
Posting job openings on portals
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring
Issuing offer letters and appointment letters
B. Employee Onboarding & Exit
Managing joining formalities and documentation
Conducting induction/orientation programs
Handling resignation, full & final settlement
C. Payroll & Compensation
Preparing salary structure and payroll processing
Handling PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance
Maintaining attendance, leaves, and salary records
D. Employee Relations
Addressing employee grievances
Maintaining discipline and workplace policies
Ensuring employee engagement activities
E. Compliance & Documentation
Maintaining employee files and records
Ensuring compliance with labor laws
Handling audits and legal documentation
F. Performance Management
Assisting in appraisals and performance reviews
Maintaining KPI records
Supporting training and development programs
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
