The HR Executive supports the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role focuses on maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
Coordinate training and development programs
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
