· License Renewal, Maintain all register like Muster Roll Register, Attendance register etc.
Employee Relation:
· Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance etc.
· Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employee
· Stopping all types of rumors and misleading communications.
· Motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
· Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as transportation, or relocation service.
