Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and follow-ups.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
Maintain attendance through HRMS/biometric systems.
Ensure proper leave approvals as per company policy.
Prepare monthly attendance inputs for payroll.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
Handle salary queries and deductions.
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Maintain healthy work environment.
Support disciplinary actions as per company policy.
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Labour laws, etc.).
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement.
Assist in performance appraisal process.
Maintain performance records and feedback reports.
Identify training needs.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
