Key Responsibilities & Duties
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies

Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and manage the pre-onboarding process.
ATS Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for applicants, maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Understanding of employment laws and legislation.
