We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment, manage HR operations, take care of admin documentation, and support team coordination and performance management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
Hiring and recruitment
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance / leave / HR records
Team coordination
Employee engagement
Performance tracking
Admin support
Day-to-day HR operations
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a bridge between management and employees, ensure smooth hiring, maintain discipline, and support the company in building a productive and well-managed team.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and hiring
Job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance, leave, and HR records management
Offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
Admin coordination and office documentation
Team follow-up and employee coordination
Performance monitoring and reporting
Employee engagement and retention support
Exit formalities and offboarding
Skills Required:
Strong recruitment experience
Good HR operations knowledge
Documentation and admin handling
Team management / coordination skills
Attendance and employee record management
Good communication and follow-up
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and job portals ,social media
