Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
· Keep records of employee data such as personal details, attendance, performance, and compliance records etc.
· Enroll new joiners in ESI & PF portal at the time of joining.
· Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries.
· Address employee queries regarding salary, leave, and benefits.
· Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
