Job Description: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
• Publish job postings and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Assist in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring goals.
Eligibility
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related
field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals preferred.
