Reporting To: HR Head

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee management, and administrative tasks. The candidate will work closely with different departments to understand hiring requirements and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from the HR Head and respective departments.

• Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with trainers, nutritionists, and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, updates, and feedback.

• Maintain candidate database, employee records, and HR trackers.

• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, internal teams, and HR department.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office/Google Sheets.
