Job Title: HR Executive

Reports To: HR Manager Head Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Bhopal site. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, statutory compliance coordination, and smooth execution of HR policies at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment cycle for site-level hiring.

• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

• Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.

• Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

• Coordinate with Head Office for payroll, compliance, and HR reporting.

• Maintain statutory compliance records as per labour laws.

• Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower status.

• Support performance appraisal process.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and payroll coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
