We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a service-based organization, preferably in the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Draft HR letters, policies, and employee communications.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor employee performance review cycles and probation confirmations.
Coordinate with external vendors for background verification and other HR services.
Build and maintain a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in service-based companies, especially Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Design & Build firms.
Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of labour laws, HR processes, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
