Job Role:
The Plant HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations at the plant level, ensuring smooth employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
· Support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Law, etc.).
· Implement and monitor HR policies across the plant.
· Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate training and development programs for plant employees.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR guidelines.
· Manage day-to-day office and plant administration.
Skills:
Graduate, PG or MBA in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
· Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle multiple HR and admin functions independently.
