1. Monitoring Attendance Register with Bio Matric machine.
2. Calculation of Salaries of each employee at the end of the month.
3. Making progress report and evaluating performance report of each employee.
4. Selection of Candidates by verification of Resumes or application by them.
5. Taking interview of the candidates for final selection.
6. Making offer letter and appointment letters of selected candidates.
7. Updating the byelaws of the organization to each employee.
8. Reporting the incidents which can make weak organization.
9. Making travel plans of Sales and Marketing executives.
10.Booking Railway tickets and Hotel booking according the hierarchy of the employees.
11.Making formats of DSR and other desired reports.
12.Taking and asking relevant employees about their DSR, and other reports.
13. Evaluating Vouchers and other claims by the employee and approve them.
14. Vouching and approving leave applications and other matters related to work and attendance.
15.Calculating the incentives and Bonus on the performance basis.
16.Making Uniforms with selected vendor.
17. Making the list of Birthdays and Anniversaries.
18.Planning of events and outdoor picnic or the entertainment of the employees.
19. Updating the news or the new development within the organization.
20. Claim settlement or settlement of disputes with the employee.
