Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our internal teams. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers, source top talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while hiring across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring across KTRIAN and ACUMONT.

Hire for positions including:

US Recruiters

Domestic Recruiters

Business Development & Sales

HR

Operations

Other corporate and business functions

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely position closures.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Experience hiring across multiple business functions.

Strong sourcing and screening skills with hands-on experience using job portals and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
