
The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the pest control company, including technicians, operations staff, sales executives, and support roles. The recruiter will ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner and that hiring aligns with company standards and operational requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Identify and recruit qualified candidates for positions such as Pest Control Technicians, Business Development Executives, Operations Executives, and other support roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and local employment networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and MIS records.
Support HR department in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Monitor attrition trends and assist in employee retention initiatives.
Ensure timely fulfillment of backlogged and ongoing position requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in service or facility management industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and local sourcing channels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Good organizational and reporting skills (Excel/MIS knowledge preferred).
Time taken to fill open positions.
Number of successful hires per month.
Reduction in backlog positions.
Retention rate of newly hired employees.
Quality and performance of recruited candidates.
