Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Building

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments based on performance gaps and business requirements.

• Coordinate and support learning programs, technical training, soft skills training, and leadership workshops.

• Manage end-to-end training activities including scheduling, content coordination, trainer alignment, attendance, assessments, and certification.

• Track training effectiveness, create training reports, and maintain the training calendar.

Organisation Development (OD) Support

• Assist in designing and implementing OD programs to improve organisational efficiency and culture.

• Support change management initiatives such as restructuring, process improvements, capability-building, and behavioural initiatives.

• Conduct organisational diagnostics, surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and needs assessments.

• Promote value-based behaviours through internal campaigns, posters, and digital communication.

Business Support & Coordination

• Work closely with operations, business heads, and HR teams to understand training needs.

• Provide timely support to business teams through structured capability enhancement.

• Ensure training consistency across all Bodycraft centers.
