Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment (shop-floor, engineers, staff)
✔ Joining formalities & documentation
✔ Labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act)
✔ Payroll & attendance management
✔ Employee relations & grievance handling
✔ HR records & employee engagement
Eligibility:
🎓 Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
📌 1–4 years experience (Manufacturing/Plant HR preferred)
💻 Good knowledge of Excel & Payroll/HRIS
